How long until my order ships?
Every item is made to order, so please allow 2–7 business days for production, then 2–7 business days for shipping. Delays can happen during peak seasons or with carrier issues.
How does personalization work?
Click "Personalize" on the product page before adding to cart to enter the name, dates, or text you'd like. Double-check your spelling — since each mug is printed just for you, we're not able to make changes once it's in production.
What if I made a mistake entering my personalization details?
Unfortunately we can't accept returns or exchanges for personalization details entered incorrectly at checkout, so it's worth a quick double-check before you add to cart.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos, and we'll make it right.
Are the mugs safe for daily use?
Yes — dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, and lead/BPA-free.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
